In this role, you will support network infrastructures and the end users by going onsite for work that cannot be performed remotely by the Help Desk. 2 + years industry experience, specifically supporting both Macintosh & Windows-based environments Strong technical knowledge and understanding of networks, infrastructure, and equipment Experience supporting : Apple, Adobe, Microsoft,WatchGuard/SonicWall, HP and Dell. Required: Windows & Mac OS Desktop and Server Platform Experience Preferred: Cross-Platform Experience w/Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy Preferred: Experience with VLANs, VPNs, Managed Switches, Routers, Firewalls, NAS, BDR, Office 365, Wireless and WatchGuard firewall solutions.
