Robert Half Technology is currently sourcing for a talented Help Desk Technician to assist a client in the Sacramento Area for a 2-month contract. The successful Help Desk Technician will need to have experienced with the following: Windows 7-10 experience Horizon VMware view experience (Preferred) The Help Desk Technician acts as an intake monitor and supports 300 end users with computer, network, telephone, access control, and Windows 10 assistance. Duties will include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems. This role will be assisting with testing some applications, making sure they work with Windows 10. You may also help with imaging on Windows 10. Start date for the selected Help Desk Technician is ASAP and hours are Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm.
