Application Development Project Manager Robert Half Technology is looking for a Application Development Project Manager for a successful Holland, MI company. This Application Development Project Manager will review, access and recommend large scale enterprise applications to the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of application developers in designing of software applications to increase business productivity and functionality. Take active role in seeing projects to completion and providing needed adjustments to applications to retain project timelines. Report to the CIO and provide regular updates for the Committee on the progress and status reports. Responsibility for the overall stability, accuracy, performance and key ROIs of the Project Implementations within the organization. Supervising a team in the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of software application or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications. Monitor, assign and support all internal and external project resources as approved by the project plan. Operate and maintain internal software applications used in production. You will also be required to research and maintain new software application that address future business needs. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all employees and continue to achieve a high status of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field. 8 or more years of experience working with ERP and Enterprise Business Applications. Experience in custom manufacturing or engineer to order business preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; to include an emphasis on Visio, PowerPoint and Excel Must have implemented at least one ERP implementation as the projects core manager or director, reporting results to executives. Fundamental knowledge of CAD Platforms to include SolidWorks, PDM Vaults, PLM Systems and Creo by PTC. Solid working knowledge of business systems (ERP & ETO). Experience working with Information Technology Teams, to include Software and Network Engineers. Prefer experience developing and improving business processes using Lean/Six
