Key responsibilities - Collaborate with regional leaders to develop financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks, utilizing business judgment and financial insights to help with decisions that align capital and resource allocation within the company budget - Scale and transition from startup to mature enterprise, which entails refining the planning processes and ensuring finance compliance, accountability, and integrity is spread throughout the organization - Help drive requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems - Help propel company innovations, pushing boundaries beyond traditional forecasting - Manage ad hoc analyses and special projects, such as new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities that are frequently emerging - Submit reports of financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, communicating the leadership team of trends, risks and opportunities - Handle financial and operational modeling, building models from scratch, improving existing models and breaking larger models into sub-components that ultimately consolidate for the organization to help drive sound business decisions


- CPA/MBA recommended, though applicants with a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics accepted - 10+ years related experience working with multiple stakeholders - Proven leadership experience in the banking industry - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required - Command of SAS Business Intelligence - Comprehensive knowledge of SAS - Strong familiarity with analysis - Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
