GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal Certificate. 3+ years experience with contract administration or corporate paralegal duties. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM, with the ability to adapt to a variety of other software applications, such as customer and vendor support applications.
