OfficeTeam is excited to collaborate with an established financial institution in Portland, ME to find a qualified Receptionist. This Receptionist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a great team with a fantastic company culture. This Receptionist role would be a part-time and temporary-to-hire position in a professional office setting. The position would be starting as soon as possible. It requires the following skills and duties: -Professional, personable, and presentable in appearance and demeanor. -Act as first point of contract both in person and over the phone, greet clients as they arrive. -Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. -Familiar with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office a must. -Ability to take direction well, be comfortable working both alongside a team and independently. -Assist in other administrative and clerical duties as necessary, help out with excel spreadsheets and possibly power-point slides. This temporary-to-hire position would be part-time, 2 days per week. The schedule would be at 9:00AM-4:00PM Thursdays and Fridays with availability to provide coverages as needed.
