Robert Half is actively searching for a Vice President of Finance and Investments for the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and the United States Naval Academy Foundation. They are jointly operating non-profits with $350mm in net assets and $280mm in investments located in Annapolis, Maryland. The Vice President of Finance and Investments is a vital member of the senior leadership team and develops the overall financial and investment strategic plan. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and finance related matters to include accounting, treasury, tax, audit, risk management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting and investment management. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will report directly to the President and CEO with the areas of focus to include all matters pertaining to financial matters, accounting governance, and investments. You will make presentations to the Senior Level Executives, Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees, and serve as Treasurer for both Boards and as an officer of both corporations. You will be leading the Finance and investment staff, with the responsibility to recruit, hire, train and develop them. Required are 15+ years of accounting and finance experience including recent non-profit experience with at least 5+ years of senior management, your MBA or other Master's Degree in a related field, excellent communication and presentation skills.
