Robert Half Finance & Accounting is looking for a skilled Payroll Compliance Manager for one of our clients in the Frazer, PA area. The Payroll Compliance Manager will audit and resolve payroll compliance inquiries while ensuring quality assurance over all data and system performance. This Payroll Compliance Manager will also be responsible for understanding all regulatory requirements, assessing and implementing processes & policies to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing audits by regulators. Primary Duties Maintain ongoing local, state and federal payroll requirements Perform evolving audits on payroll practices Develop successful payroll policies and trainings Manage implementation of internal complex payroll and time keeping systems Provide payroll and time keeping reports Assist with year-end processing Contribute strategic recommendations to management Reconcile audit finds Assist with internal projects as needed
