Fantastic Acquisition Analyst role with top Downtown Dallas Real Estate Firm The Analyst works closely with the Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, and Directors of Acquisitions which are responsible for sourcing new business opportunities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work with Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, and Directors of Acquisitions to source and target single tenant acquisitions opportunities in multiple industries including; retail, special use, industrial and medical fields Interact with operators and tenants to extract appropriate financial and real estate information to underwrite potential acquisitions Perform credit analysis on prospective tenants and prepare investment summaries and memorandums Present investment summaries to the senior executive team Interact both in person and on the phone, with the Brokerage, Banking and Retail community to build report and learn more about transactions in the marketplace The firm provides extensive training and outstanding benefits and office culture. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance or Real Estate 1-2 years of Commercial Real Estate experience (open to internships) Very confident outgoing personality; commercial real estate and financial statement understanding Microsoft Excel
