For more information on this role and other full-time opportunities, please contact Warren Knight - Recruiting Manager on 610-882-1600 or email in the strictest confidence to warren.knight@roberthalf.com What you get to do every day - Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant - Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures - Possessing a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable - Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes - Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines - Team up with FP&A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook - Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes designing systems and processes, migrating data, testing, training, and administrating

Requirements

- CPA/MBA preferred - 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset - Accounts Receivable (AR) experience - Command of Accounting Principles - Accounts Payable (AP) experience - Solid understanding of account reconciliation - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities
