RVCC is Hiring an In Home Behavioral Therapy Clinician! # RVCC has a spectrum of services, including a robust In Home Therapy (IHT)# program. This program provides a variety of care to young people ages 0-21 and their families. Our IHT staff meets young people in their homes or communities to support their needs. River Valley Counseling Center is looking to hire an In-Home Behavioral Therapy Clinician who will provide home/community based behavior management and support to youth and families at risk. Services are delivered by one or more members of a team consisting of professional and paraprofessional staff through a combination of behavior management monitoring. The BONUSES: $2,000 hiring bonus for bilingual clinicians $3,000 hiring bonus for clinicians that hold an LICSW or LMHC.# Additional retention bonuses at one and two years of employment, up to $10,000 The Requirements:# You have a masters in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other counseling fields eligible for state licensure. You have experience working or interning in clinical mental health care environments. Pet insurance, mileage reimbursement and more! # The Responsibilities: # Observe (within the home, school or community) the youth#s behavior, antecedents of behavior and identification of motivators in order to create a behavioral assessment. Develop a functional behavior assessment and behavior management plan with interventions that are designed to diminish, extinguish or improve specific behaviors related to the youth#s behavior health condition(s).# Consult with other community-based resources such as state agencies, schools, medical and other mental health professionals as necessary.## Work in tandem with a Behavioral Management Monitor to implement the behavior plan established for the identified youth and family.# # # # # # #
