In this position, you will perform daily Human Resources activities of the facility and/or Group Homes required to keep the Personnel/HR Department operating in an orderly and effective manner.  You will also be responsible for payroll function for all employees of the facility

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the day to day activities of the facility HR/Personnel Department.
  • Maintains the company Leave of Absence and FMLA programs by assuring proper tracking, timelines and approvals are met; tracks insurance benefits for all employees on company leave and assures proper notification and timely payments of benefits.
  • Coordinates worker's compensation administration at the facility level.
  • Assists with the facility staffing process, to include offer letters and background checks; creates/posts internal job postings; runs advertisements as required.

Required Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.  One to two years experience in related field preferred
