Harlequin Distribution Center is seek 4 new Customer Service Representatives to join their team starting just after the new year in 2020!

This is a first shift opportunity from 10:30am - 7:00pm.

Pay-rate is $14.00-$15.00 based on previous customer service experience.

In this customer service representative role, associates are responsible for providing excellent customer satisfaction by responding to incoming customer inquiries, concerns, requests and/or complaints about services and products via telephone calls, written correspondence and e-mail. Customer Service representatives are also responsible for handling outbound win-back and solicitation calls.

Essential job duties and responsibilities include:

1. Ensures customer satisfaction with a thorough and polite response to all needs. Strives for first call resolution.

2. Analyzes and resolves simple and complex customer inquiries via telephone, written correspondence and e-mail in a timely manner.

3. Updates customer accounts by processing electronic transactions and other adjustments to customer account records.

4. Sets up new accounts and maintains records.

5. Handles outbound win-back calls to re-enlist cancelled customers for the retention of the customer base.

6. Meets call center service level agreements and performance metrics.

7. Maintains thorough knowledge of products, prices, delivery times, marketing and promotional services as required.

8. Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

9. Reports trends or developing customer concerns to management.

10. Completes reports (e.g. credit restrict, credit card reject, etc.), as needed.

11. Assists in cross-training of inter-department personnel as needed.

12. Participates in focus groups and on project teams as required.

13. Completes other marginal duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.

2. One year of experience in a customer service environment is required (call center preferred).
