  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Radial's strategic automation and engineering based solutions including Android Mobile, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), RFID, and sortation solutions.
    • Manage the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Android applications in production environment
    • Technology optimization and special projects as needed
    • Support efforts to standardize warehouse technologies across multiple sites in North America
    • Research, triage, and escalate production issues as needed
    • Share knowledge and formalize documentation for new technology applications
    • Contribute to multiple teams teams in the definition, design, and prioritization of continual enhancement requests across the suite of supported applications
    • Partner with key vendors and internal organizations to provide end-user support for in-scope applications
  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be a tenacious and resourceful problem solver who is comfortable working individually and/or with multiple groups to identify and resolve technical obstacles
    • At least 2-3 years significant systems, implementation, or support experience in direct to consumer or retail business to business fulfillment operations working with warehouse and engineering technologies
    • Understanding of application Design, Modification, and Enhancement specification process, both writing & reviewing
    • Experience with one or more Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, Logpro, DLx, or similar WMS is preferred
    • Some experience with Zebra Technologies, Ivanti Velocity, Android Studio, and Javascript is preferred
    • Basic understanding of Project Management, SQL, Excel, Office, software development concepts, and navigating multiple systems
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to travel up to 30%
    • Ability to work off hours and weekends as required
    • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience

    Desirable Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience designing/ managing integrations to MHE applications (e.g. conveyors, tilt-tray sorters, Put to Light, Pick to Light)
    • Prior implementation experience with Pyramid or Vargo / COFE integrations
    • Prior experience integrating Manhattan Associates WMS / WMOS into automation/ engineering applications
    • Prior professional services (consulting) implementation experience in the supply chain area
