Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant position in a Fulfillment Center provides administrative support to the Facility Manager for work related to Human Resource and On-boarding.
Provide great service with a positive attitude.
Interface with other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to ensure compliance to all company rules, policies and guidelines. 
Maintain department documents and procedures. 
Coordinate with human resources and other departments on processes and procedures. 
Proactively seek out improvements in processes. 
Champion of the hiring process and onboarding process for hourly Radial associates and contingent labor force.
Point of contact with Staffing agencies partners and Management on monthly conversions, assignments beginning and ending.
Facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions. (Trainer)
Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly and monthly metrics reports as assigned. 
Communicate both verbally and through e-mail in a professional and courteous manner.
Provides administrative support to team.
Assists with onboarding activities for new employees.
Provides administrative activities for purchasing and building activities.
Coordinates inventory tracking of Client Packaging Supplies Monitors forecasts for timely packaging ordering. 
Seeks cost savings opportunities. 
Coordinates associate recognition programs. 
Performs clerical support for management. 
Assist with monthly billing data collection and submissions.
Associates Degree or Equivalent.

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm Must be available for overtime as needed.
