The Keyholder assists in managing all aspects of retail store operations; including, but not limited to, customer service, merchandising, employee relations, loss prevention, cash handling, training, and communication.
Assigns daily tasks to sales associates & receivers pertaining to customer service, sales, and store operations.
Assists in scheduling and zoning employees.
Assists in maintaining operational efficiency of the Outlet Store receiving functions.
Assists with periodic physical inventory processes and inventory reconciliation activities.
Supervises various operational tasks, which includes but is not limited to; opening & closing outlet store, preparing & processing of bank deposits, store merchandising/recovery, and arming the security system.
Provides feedback to Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager for the purpose of evaluating employee performance & developmental activity.
Assists in the interviewing process for potential new hires.
Assists in training new hires by conducting orientation and providing customer service & store operations training.
Ensures staff is in compliance with HR Policies, QVC Loss Prevention and Safety/ Security policies.
Makes recommendations on product allocation, product pricing, and special marketing events in order to achieve operational and budgetary objectives.
What You Bring:
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Working knowledge of PC's, cash register systems, and general office equipment.
Knowledge of appropriate individuals or departments to contact to resolve concerns or issues.
Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of training & experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of retail sales associate and customer service experience.
