Department Summary: Our Finance department is at the intersection of financial analysis, business planning and data mining which provide foundations of growth and risk management for BOLD. Position Summary: We are seeking candidates who are business-minded, data-driven, and able to translate data into actionable insights with the desire to influence company's decision and performance. BOLD is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Office of the CFO. In this highly visible role, you will provide support for a variety of financial and administrative activities. You will represent the CFO at meetings as directed and correspond with all levels of the organization using your solid judgment and strict adherence to confidentiality. A financial background is required to carry out the duties of this job. Required Responsibilities: Act as the "right hand" to CFO, help monitor schedules, email, and other correspondence at all levels within the organization and externally Prepare reports and presentations for meetings Think analytically Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex problems at any given time Provide analysis and project management support for the CFO Partner with other employees on day-to-day activities, meetings, and projects Apply professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion consistently in all areas Anticipate problems and provide solutions. Proactively analyze and offer recommendations quickly and efficiently. Execute on solutions as required Remain adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing technology company Prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment Required Qualifications: BA Finance or related degree Minimum 2 years in a financial role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a quick learner. High degree of confidentiality and excellent judgment. Bilingual; fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken Proven writing skills Excellent presentation skills Ability to independently organize information and open tasks Strong knowledge of Google Apps and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to travel abroad Desired Qualifications: CPA or CFA Prior financial administration experience About BOLD Since opening our headquarters in Puerto Rico, we've become one of the Island's premier employers.
