Descripción del Empleo:
This position assists attorneys and closing officers with assignments involving tasks that requires initiative, skill and specialized legal knowledge. It reports to our Closing Department attorneys.
Ability to establish priorities, manage intensive ongoing documentation of the closing process in several electronic systems, including uploading documents and messages, maintain filing systems, operate standard office equipment (computers, photocopier, fax, scanner, etc.), be customer oriented and punctual, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and provide good customer service. Must be bilingual (Spanish and English), be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience working closely with attorneys will be very helpful.
