Descripción del Empleo:
Collaborates with the administrative process in order to accomplish and/or help accomplish projects with timeline and effective results. Answer telephone calls, take and deliver accurate messages. Tele-marketing & e-mail marketing. Produces Word, Excel, Power Point and QuickBook documents as requested. Locate and gather information from the appropriate source to assist in resolving issues. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Highly effective oral and written skills. Fully bilingual (English & Spanish). Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills and result oriented. Experience in business administration.
