Description

Descripción del Empleo:
-Answer and direct phone calls -Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system (physical or digital)
-Update and maintain office policies and procedures, as requested
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Requisitos:
-Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related field
-One year of experience performing similar duties
-Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
-Advanced administration and organization skills
-Advanced communications and interpersonal skills
-Advanced knowledge of computer
-Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
-Verbal and written communication skills
