Full Time Opportunity
Plans, manages and controls the administrative and operational duties of a business unit. Supports management by analyzing and coordinating office services such as budget preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies. Also, manage and maintain the loans in order, filing loan documentation, and analyzes, develops and recommends new procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies administrative needs and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Provide support to the Unit Manager and the Group staff in the tasks they need.
Answer calls from the unit and channel them to the corresponding employee.
Keep all confidential and privileged information duly guarded.
Proactively file all the documents required in the credit and legal files.
Prepare report of expenses of the Officers and Manager.
Request collateral documents of specific cases.
Keep records of employees outside the office for vacations or other matters.
Process invoices through the Captiva system.
Seal credit approvals and record cases approved by the Unit Manager.
Offer support to Officers and / or Analysts to obtain CRIM certificates and appraisals.
Send and request boxes to Iron Mountain.
Carry the Unit Inventory of the unit.
Make requisitions of office materials.
Analyzes procedures and workflows of a division or program in order to improve its effectiveness, efficiency and performance standards.
Helps with the coordination of travels, trainings, and other administrative duties, as needed.
Prepares reports, and reviews and answers correspondence.
Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, presentations and other special events; as appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree completed
Three years related experience. Some experience in directing the work of others or managing projects is preferred.
