Are you nurse yet also detail-oriented and analytical? Then join our nursing team as an MDS Coordinator. This position plays a key role in improving financial operations. In it, you will be responsible for the Resident Assessment Process through completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs).

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State. A Licensed Practical Nurse with MDS experience may be considered. Previous experience in a hospital, long-term facility, or other healthcare related facility is required. Prior experience completing MDSs and Care Plans is required Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care; AccuMed and previous experience as an MDS Coordinator is preferred.
