Job Description:
Summary of Job Scope and Expectations: 
The temporary Marketing Communications Coordinator provides project management and administrative support to the Marketing Communications team comprised of Creative & Content Design, PR/Communications, Brand Campaign Planning, and Digital Marketing functions within Marketing. This position is responsible for serving as the liaison between clients and the Marketing Communications team, coordinating the project request system (Workfront) and following up with clients on project requests to ensure those requests receive a timely response. The Marketing Communications Coordinator coordinates project timelines and budgets on behalf of the Marketing Communications team.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions in this job description are not all-inclusive of this job's duties and responsibilities.  Reliable and dependable attendance is required. 
• Provides project management and administrative support to the Communications Marketing Team within Marketing. • Serves as a liaison between internal clients and the Communications Marketing Team, coordinating the Workfront project request system and following up with clients on project requests to ensure they receive a timely response. • Coordinates project timelines and follows up on deadlines, including campaign planning. Tracks work status on behalf of clients and Communications Marketing. Processes project invoices, support for budget tracking. • Develops monthly tracking system for Communications Marketing annual objectives (MBO's) • Supports earned media outreach, event planning, food drops, and chef demo logistics. • Performs special projects as requested by the Communications Marketing Team, including coordination for both internal and external creative shoots.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field required • Minimum one to two years of Marketing, PR, or Digital Agency experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment  • Successful completion of annual store training
