Job Skills / Requirements As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and persuasive RFP responses and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. Your exceptional writing skills and deep understanding of the security industry will be instrumental in securing new business opportunities and driving Paladin's growth. Be at the forefront of a leading and rapidly growing company, driving our business development opportunities across the line.

You will work with our leadership team and subject matter experts (SMEs) across North America to deliver RFP responses, proposals, and business development opportunities. Meticulous organizational skills and a go-getter attitude will help you excel under deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The Proposal Coordinator will support marketing, communications, sales, and administration.

This position is on-site at our Etobicoke facility, the position will be on hybrid basis. (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead the proposal writing process from production to delivery, including coordinating and preparing proposal submissions.

· Collaborate with our local teams to develop comprehensive and persuasive RFP responses and proposals that align with client requirements and showcase our unique selling points.

· Research and write high-quality, compelling content, including executive summaries, service descriptions, case studies, and pricing information.

· In-depth reviewing of RFPs to become familiar with the content and requirements contained.

· Edit and review proposals for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to Paladin's standards and brand.

· Assist in maintaining the core proposal content database and project profiles.

· Liaise with external support and other stakeholders to coordinate and develop proposal content.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform proposal development.

You are a great fit if you have:

· Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

· Proven experience in business development writing, preferably in the security or related industry.

· Strong interpersonal skills that create a positive, collaborative, and trusting work environment.

· Solid understanding of proposal development processes and best practices.

· Are a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

· Have robust and proven organization and project management skills.

· Experience in communication and project management is considered an asset.

· A Master in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience:

· 2-3 years of proven experience in writing communications or marketing.

· Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent in English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism or related field.

· Master verbal and written communicator, with the ability to work equally well with members of the executive team and general staff alike, including vendors, business partners, team members and co-workers.

· Results-driven with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering on multiple concurrent initiatives.
