Customer Experience Representative

*Starting pay (without Series 6 license) $23.61/hour
**Receive a $2,000.00 bonus upon passing the Series 6 exam**
*Current Series 6 license holder $24.33/hour, plus receive a $4000.00 hiring bonus*
In this position you will educate callers on our Annuity products, including contract owners, Registered Representatives, Broker Dealers, and internal clients. You will utilize multiple department systems to provide accurate information and will be expected to comprehend increasingly complex products, features, options, and customer inquiries – including commissions, IRA transfers and rollovers, death benefits, taxation, and investment fund options.
During your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll be maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and make sure you meet or exceed quality and efficiency goals.
Factors for Success:
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Knowledge of the financial services industry or insurance products and procedures through a combination of experience and/or coursework
•Ability and willingness to learn multiple financial concepts and systems
•Flexibility in a fast-paced team oriented environment
•College degree preferred
•Minimum 1-2 years related business experience preferred
•FINRA Series 6 or 7, or must pass Series 6 within eight weeks of hire date. (Will receive paid onsite study time and have two opportunities to pass the exam).

This position requires registration with FINRA including but not limited to completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) and Series 6. Depending upon your position, successful completion of other exams may be required. If you are already registered with FINRA, you must transfer your registration to Pacific Select Distributors, LLC within 30 days of hire. If you do not have the necessary registration(s) and/or have not passed the necessary exams, you will be required to take and pass such examination(s) and complete all other necessary requirements within 8 weeks of filing with FINRA. The company will sponsor you and pay all fees associated with these exams and registrations. The number of attempts allowed within this timeframe will be per management discretion. As this position requires proper registration, continued employment is dependent upon obtaining such registration (or transfer of your registration) within the designated time period. Your inability to meet all requirements for proper registration with FINRA, including failure to transfer your registration within 30 days may result in your termination.
Registered Representatives of PSD are subject to the disclosure and monitoring of brokerage account activity by compliance pursuant to FINRA rules. PSD Registered Representatives may only maintain brokerage accounts with firms approved by PSD. Brokerage accounts with firms not approved must be closed within 30 days of filing with PSD as a Registered Representative.
