LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - PRN Behavioral Health Ogden Regional Medical Center

The LPN is an important part of our Behavioral Health team at Ogden Regional! Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, a Registered Nurse, Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Medical Practitioner, the LPN provides direct patient care according to nursing skill level, knowledge and licensure. The LPN contributes to an atmosphere of mutual trust where the patient care team can work cooperatively toward objectives. We would love to speak with you about this opportunity!

Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN school
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Utah
  • Certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
  • CPI certification required within 90 days of hire

Experience: Prefer one year chemical dependency/psychiatric experience or a strong desire to learn skills affiliated with this field.
