OfficeTeam is hiring for an Entry Level Human Resource Assistant for a large telecommunication company located in the Denver Tech Center. The ideal Entry Level Human Resource Assistant will have at minimum a Bachelor degree, but will consider candidates in pursuit of their degree. This Entry Level Human Resource Assistant will be success driven, detail oriented, and work well in a team environment. Duties of the Entry Level Human Resource Assistant are as follows:- Facilitating background and drug screen paperwork- Backing up all recruiters and generalists- Making both verbal and written job offers to experience in candidates- Sourcing for and calling experience in candidates - Conduct initial phone screens - Qualify candidates This Entry Level Human Resource Assistant should posses strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced office skills including math, spelling, and grammar. Requirements

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience highly desired - Well-founded grasp of customer service - Microsoft Outlook experience preferred - Recruiting experience - Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning - This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects - You will do well in this position if you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity - Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience - Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
