OfficeTeam is hiring for an Entry Level Human Resource Assistant for a large telecommunication company located in the Denver Tech Center. The ideal Entry Level Human Resource Assistant will have at minimum a Bachelor degree, but will consider candidates in pursuit of their degree. This Entry Level Human Resource Assistant will be success driven, detail oriented, and work well in a team environment. Duties of the Entry Level Human Resource Assistant are as follows:- Facilitating background and drug screen paperwork- Backing up all recruiters and generalists- Making both verbal and written job offers to experience in candidates- Sourcing for and calling experience in candidates - Conduct initial phone screens - Qualify candidates This Entry Level Human Resource Assistant should posses strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced office skills including math, spelling, and grammar.
