OfficeTeam is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a busy company in New Berlin. This Customer Service Representative will be managing and maintaining accounts throughout the customer ordering process. The right applicant will be handling inbound customer service calls, responding to internal and external customer service issues and complaints, entering customer orders and maintaining customer information in the database, schedule, monitor and track product shipments from inception to final delivery, serve as key contact in resolving delivery issues, deductions, returns and minimum order quantities, and other job duties.
This customer service representative must have previous experience in customer service, be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, have a high level of organization ability, advanced data entry alphanumeric and 10-key.
