Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) is looking to add a Lead Central Sterile Reprocessing (CSR) Resource and Education Coordinator to the team. The Lead CSR Resource and Education Coordinator is responsible for the orientation and training of all new personnel for CSR at NVRH. They will ensure all CSR staff receives ongoing education related to their job, promote certification, and assist staff in maintaining certifications. This position must be proficient in all aspects of the job duties in order to train as well as cover respective positions. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the department's continuous quality assurance programs and goals. Demonstrated knowledge and skills include but are not limited to educational development, quality and project management, and scheduling. This position has been built to provide an additional beacon of support as well as building supportive team dynamics and leadership skills.

Minimum two years' experience as a CSR Tech and certification required.
