Security Clearance: Special Requirements: ***Hybrid*** Must be in Newport News if within 50 miles of the shipyard maybe once a month. This person will be the delivery owner on an agile delivery team. Sometimes called “Product Analyst”, “Service Analyst” or “Team Lead”, they are responsible for grooming the backlog and coordinating with the Product team for prioritization, alignment to Features and escalations. Balances capacity against demand. Produces performance metrics for the team. Runs the Daily Stand Up, Delivery Planning, Backlog Refinement and Retrospective ceremonies. What are the top 3 items the Hiring Manager is looking for?: • Experience working in agile software development or SAFe • Understanding of Siemens NX and/or NX integration with Teamcenter, 4GD, and Active Workspace i. This requirement is for management with both current and future leased labor resources. The request must go through the proper signature approvals before the employee is allowed to work at the Alternate Non-NNS work location. If a leased labor resource indicates a foreign national is present in the alternate non-NNS work location, O15 Security Compliance must evaluate the Flexible Office Agreement request and provide approval/denial. Based on OPNAVINST N9210.3 “Safeguarding of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI)”, NNS is contractually mandated to protect NNPI from potential unauthorized disclosure. Access to NNPI are limited to U.S. Citizens with a need to know. This includes prohibiting access to Foreign Nationals. For the purposes of NNPI, a Foreign National is anyone who is not a U.S. Citizen.
