ULG Companies - Lafayette is hiring for temp-to-hire 2nd shift Production Associates. Pay ranges from $14.50-$16.50, depending on attendance.

No prior experience required!

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 4:30pm to 1am or once production is done. (occasionally could be up to 12-hour shift)

Different Possible Positions:

• IP line - dashboards, building from ground up, including wiring, radios and glove boxes.  Requires attention to detail and ability to memorize several steps on a moving line.
• Doors - interior panels of doors, ornamental parts of doors. This is fast paced and requires attention to detail.
• Aprons/SubAssembly - glove boxes, and other smaller parts fed to IP lines.
• Receiving - unloading incoming trucks, distributing parts to assembly lines, inventory, material handlers. Requires heavy lifting.
• JIT/Shipping - receiving completed parts off assembly lines, loading onto trucks as orders from SIA come in. This is fast paced and requires heavy lifting repetitively.
• Injection Mold - receiving parts made out of mold machines, quality control and delivering to other departments.
• Close Mold - feeding skins of dashboards into molding machines, gluing parts. Requires attention to detail.
