Job Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Support acquisition efforts including engineering tests, systems capability analyses, verification, and performance assessment functions.
- Prepare written documents or briefings relating to the operational nature technical capabilities of the national and tactical systems.
- Attend, on occasion, tactical user, DOD or IC meetings and forums and may be needed to provide information or briefings to the community.
- Serve as the technical expert in their assigned project.
- Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team; external mission partner and other DoD/IC customer coordination

-Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience to include:
-Minimum of 5 years of project management, systems engineering, or architecture experience in industry or DOD/IC with SIGINT systems
-5 years of experience with DoD SIGINT operational environments, mission management, or collection management
-5 years Project Management and Acquisition experience with emphasis on IC and DoD acquisition processes and procedures
-Detailed knowledge of SIGINT systems
-Overall space, aerial and ground architecture familiarity
-Extensive familiarity with NSA policies regarding SIGINT
-Compliance, Information Assurance, and IC Directive (ICD) and DoD security compliance, and system accreditation.
-Experience with adapting to real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
-Experience with managing DoD and/or IC engineering development projects/programs
-Expertise in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment
-Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars
-Familiarity with project management, scheduling, requirements, and program office functions
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
-Must be able to travel
-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
-Bachelor's in business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
-Knowledge of SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies
-Knowledge of multiple analysis and collection tools and processes
-Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies
-Ability to display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
-Understanding of DoD and IC overall collection tactics, techniques, and procedures including CONOPS and architectures
-Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and editing of technical reports, statements of work, white papers, and other technical and programmatic documents
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians, and military officers
-Ability to build and present technical briefings and reports
-Minimum of 6 years of project management, systems engineering, or architecture experience in industry or DOD/IC with SIGINT systems
