We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to help manage and grow our air transportation portfolio. In this position, you can expect to:

  • Serve as primary client interface providing status reporting and project documentation
  • Provide program management, planning, and integration support to a portfolio of programs
  • Deliver strategic leadership and guidance to the team
  • Strategic planning against current and future client needs
  • Cost, schedule, and performance management
  • Track and manage of program risks
  • Oversee program staffing and recruiting
  • Manage client relationships across the portfolio
  • Support business development activities
  • Apply Noblis standard processes for program and project management
  • Escalate and resolve program issues
