Noblis ESI is seeking a Information Assurance Specialist for their Chantilly location.


Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR:
-The Information Assurance Specialist will serve as program support to the Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects
-Provide IA security requirements to be incorporated into system requirement documents
-Assess, document, and report on enterprise, system, and component vulnerabilities
-Validate that IA software, hardware, firmware and supporting infrastructure comply with security configuration guidelines, policies and procedures
-Make recommendations on protective or corrective measures when an incident or vulnerability is discovered
-Assist the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to RFPs
-Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure development contractors are meeting program requirements and schedule
-Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
-Support the PM in multiple areas which include program management, acquisition support, analytic support, technical analysis, user requirement management/development, architecture, and customer outreach and support
-Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross tower coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers


-Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

-8 years relevant work experience

-Ability to write information security requirements to be incorporated into system requirement documents
-Ability to assess, document, and report on enterprise, system, and component vulnerabilities
-Validate that IA software, hardware, firmware and supporting infrastructure comply with security configuration guidelines, policies and procedures.
-Ability to facilitate commonality within Ground mission areas by defining, architecting, and integrating a multi-INT/multi-sensor ground enterprise with specific knowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, Multi-INT, OPIR, or ground software platforms or frameworks
-Possess strong project engineering discipline in one or more of the following focus areas: Architecture and Requirements Development, Readiness, IV&V, and transition to operations; Risk Management, Configuration Management, Technology Planning and Insertion, and Performance Assessment
-Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings and update project schedules and calendars
-Familiarity with project management, scheduling, requirements, and program office functions
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
-Must be able to travel
-Minimum of 4 years' experience working with the DoD and the IC
-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph



-Master's in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
-Understanding of DoD and IC information assurance techniques and procedures including CONOPS, architectures, policies, and requirements
-Experience in apllying information assurance policies and reuqirements across software development and within cloud environements
-Advanced skills in writing, reviewing and editing of technical reports, statements of work, white papers and other technical and programmatic documents
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians and military officers
-Ability to build and present technical briefings and reports with specific knowledge of information assurance standards and vulnerabilities
-Minimum of 6 years of project management, systems engineering, or architecture experience in industry or DOD/IC community Acquisition Project Management
