-Bachelor's in business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
-Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of modeling, project management, systems engineering, or architecture experience in industry or DOD/IC systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with modeling and simulation tools and methods
-Experience with model-based systems engineering tools
-Experience with managing DoD and/or IC engineering development projects/programs
-Expertise in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment
-Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars
-Familiarity with project management, scheduling, requirements, and program office functions
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
-Must be able to travel
-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

Noblis ESI is at the fore front providing our government innovative intelligence solutions to meet worldwide Intelligence Community and warfighter information needs. What if you could use your modeling and simulations expertise to support our Model Based Systems Engineering and system analysis team to assist the Government in developing enhanced intelligence capabilities/products.
The Modeling and Simulations Engineer is responsible for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects. Specifically:
-Support a product team of acquisition, systems engineering, and architecture SETA personnel
-Generate quantifiable requirements and strategies for completion of project tasks on a designated timeframe
-Develop processes to coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines and integrate their findings
-Ensures acquisitions and project resources comply with customer regulations and standards
-Plans and executes modeling and simulation of systems development projects.
-Designs and develops simulation systems and modeling of requirements, systems, data objects or other discrete systems components or objects.
-Duties may include analysis by applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and techniques to the lifecycle of a system, data object or other discrete components or elements.
-May also perform analysis and tradeoff studies, related to operational engineering, component interaction interface, capabilities and performance characterization, and data access as well as associated fault analysis and tracing or efficiency optimization and analysis.
-Review of simulations and test plans
-Construction and evaluation of Measures of Effectiveness, Performance and Objective (MOE, MOP, MOO) to align utility effectiveness and performance of a system, object, component or initiative, described within a model or simulation under study or analysis may also be performed.
