The Key Account Manager is responsible, along with the Customer Business Team, for developing Powerful Customer Partnerships to deliver the customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Mondelez revenue targets. This is accomplished through revenue planning and forecasting, leading the execution of commercial strategies and developing and executing the customer JBP. The incumbent will work closely with the Account Planning Manager, Account Managers, the Channel Planning Manager, and the Director Key Accounts. Additional stakeholders include Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

1.Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels
2.Lead cross functional team to support the delivery of customer JBP and annual plan
3.Lead external communication and performance management through scorecarding and business reviews
4.Responsible for selling in all innovation, scale events and category opportunities on their business. This includes communication of listing status, distribution expectations, shelf and performance
5.Prepare annual business plan and support the development and implementation of the customer JBP

Revenue, Promotion and Retail Planning:

1.Accountable for the revenue plan and forecast including the key inputs into the IBP BB's
2.Oversee the trade process and ensures a year-end balanced trade position
3.Inform Account Planning Manager of upcoming activity and associated revenue impact. (Owns bottom-up build)
4.Lead customer retail activation and target setting with their retail partners

Capabilities Development:

1.Assist Channel Planning Manager and Director of Key Accounts to provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for the development of the Account Planning Manager



•Bachelor's Degree in a related field
•Minimum 2 years retail sales and 1-year internal customer support role experience in CPG or retail industry required
•Minimum 5 years' experience in multiple regional and national customer facing roles required
•Strong analytical skills demonstrated by drawing insights and recommendations from large amounts of data
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
•Understanding of multiple customers GTM strategies, structure and business practices
•Experience with the business planning cycle and thorough understanding of revenue planning and forecasting
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to lead and inspire others while clearly setting direction
•Proven track record of delivering results
