Job Purpose

  • To ensure we have winning shopper-led Point of Buying execution strategies and activation plans that are sized by Retail Environment across all relevant Mondelez categories and strategic customers
  • Responsible for obtaining and analysing market, category and retail data insights including execution, planning and tracking in-aisle, counter and secondary location strategies for today up to 3 year plan
  • To develop category-led selling stories for customers thus enabling category growth and the achievement of our executional objectives
  • To be the voice of the customer, each retail environment and the shopper for internal engagement and planning
  • Working closely with sales teams to have the clarity, capabilities and tools to execute the plan

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure an in-store ‘picture of success' is developed for each Retailing Environment leveraging shopper & category insight with corresponding 5P execution plans
  • Ensure a robust process is in place for activation, tracking and corrective action for each Retail Environment execution plan
  • Counter definition developed by RE with corresponding targets established around category and supplier presence
  • Analyse market and customer/shopper data to recommend category in-store objectives
  • In-store thought leadership and plan created for current and future Counter, Planogram and Secondary Display development
  • POB communication created for Counter and Secondary Display to drive increased shopper conversation
  • Partner with sales teams to provide tools needed to deliver every day execution
  • Develop and support “Test & Learn” shopper program for sales, aligned to future Counter, Planogram and Secondary Display development
Major Challenges
  • Establish positioning of Perfect Store organization from current supporting function of sales to best partner of both Customer and KAM whom will contribute to drive sales
  • Be a Category Leader in DRUG channel for Snacking Category
  • Be a game changer in BISCUIT category at SM channel where we clearly see opportunity.
