The Role

An integral member of the Field Business Operations team responsible for the management of our back-end automation team that develops and maintains RPA, BOA, Script, Virtual Assistant, and other integrations with legacy systems. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills with expert level experience in executive communications.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of people that are responsible for automation requests that span across Consumer and Enterprise business units
  • Responsible for reporting to Director of Field Operations Execution team on intake/priority status
  • The role is responsible for developing and presenting roadmaps of delivery schedules
  • Provide visibility on projects as they pertain to prioritized customer journeys
  • This role will also work closely with our Business Intelligence/Data Science team to ensure “Blue Chip” items are captured in reporting
  • This role must direct and steer the team to remain focused on key deliverables to drive to $250M gap the team is solving for
  • This role will be responsible for managing the deployment of the OVA (Operations Virtual Assistant)
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Experience using Lean methodology and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to realize leadership vision for communications and presentations with minimal input and guidance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to write executive-level communications that are concise, articulate, and professional
  • Highly organized and professional with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules
  • Exhibits good business judgment with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems
  • Willing to travel 20% to 30% domestically and on occasion with short notice
  • Experience working with digital notification and chat platforms
  • Mobile application integration
  • Experience is Cipher intake and financial visibility tool
  • Field Operations and Repair experience
