Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC is one of the Mid-Atlantic's largest and most respected mortgage lenders. We provide a wide array of products, programs and services throughout the home financing process. Prosperity Home Mortgage is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Under the direct supervision of a Branch Manager, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support to Home Mortgage Consultants and/or Branch or Sales Managers.
1. Performs filing, typing, data entry and various other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager.
2. Assists Mortgage Consultant with marketing efforts to ensure continued flow of business, including preparing marketing materials, identifying customer prospects, and identifying market trends.
3. Answers inquiries concerning the processing of their loan from customers on behalf of the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 plus years experience in the mortgage industry, or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software a plus.
Ability to travel within the local area to assist Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager as needed; must be able to provide own transportation.
