Our core values are compassion, integrity, excellence, teamwork and wholeness.The Quality Analyst is responsible for effectively promoting process improvement (PI) by providing facilitation and education regarding the PI process. Provides support for the various PI projects and assists in the assessment of clinical and non-clinical processes for identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating project teams. Ensures accurate data collection for core measures and other processes as required. Maintains knowledge of regulatory standards as required. These services may be provided for both the LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals. Performs other duties as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare field, business, or education required. Minimum one year of experience in the field of quality improvement, with additional experience in the acute care setting required. Minimum of one year of prior experience with independent or statistics preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) recommended within one year of hire.
