About the Opportunity

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative supports the Company's efforts to service, maintain and expand relationships for its book of business, which includes assigned and potential new customers. This position will facilitate the sales relationship by making outbound sales calls, generating sales leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, assisting with inventory control, stocking, unloading and loading trucks, assisting customers with merchandise inquiries, coordinating customer deliveries, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.


  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with all key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations

  • Implements and communicates all operational/marketing strategies to foster and maintain a positive, productive work environment

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements

  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate salesperson for further development and closure

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Arranges routing of deliveries, order pickups, scheduling of service and other customer related needs

  • Facilitates staging of service team pickups/parts/supplies and truck loading for outbound deliveries

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Enlists the support of all company resources that include, but are not limited to; implementation, service, safety, fleet, inventory, loss prevention, as well as sales and management resources as needed.
  • Closely coordinates involvement with the Commercial Service Center management.
  • Ensures that the Commercial Service team is aligned to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within assigned periods.
  • Supports the Commercial Service Center's growth and performance.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Swimming Pool Industry experience a plus
  • Retail/Operations experience a plus
  • Proficiency with computers a plus
