The role is a one point of contact in a complicated interface with multiple partners from Production, Finance and Procurement. It translates strategic decisions and production planning into tactical plans and operational labour management, so the scope is both wide and deep.

Enabling site to efficiently meet our business requirements

- Overall responsibility and accountability for implementing and leading Labour Management agenda as per agreed production plan
- Developing temporary labour strategy, including investigating and introducing new sources and solutions for managing seasonality
- Developing and adjusting the cost model in cooperation with Procurement department to optimize the flexibility & cost requirement; invoicing management
- Project management related to labour, consequence management (SLA)

End to End strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management

- Project management and focus on end-to-end solution – preferable projects related to process optimization in supporting areas – min. 2 years
- Czech labour market knowledge and agency/temporary workers management – direct or indirect experience min. 2 years
- Experience in data analyzing and scenario planning - min. 2 years
- Procurement experience – esp. in purchase to order process
- Analytical skills – both system knowledge and ability to define scenarios based on data
- Proficient in English, Czech is an advantage but not a must
