Description

The Executive Leader - Value Based Clinical Care is a Senior sales role responsible for acquiring and managing contractual relationships with National Value based Care (VBC) and provider organizations while supporting VBC strategy across the divisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Revenue responsibility for assigned national accounts and overall VBC performance
  • Sales and service of VBC networks and large ambulatory clinic organizations that span across divisions
  • Developing health system and related VBC strategy with divisional leadership
  • Driving implementation of national accounts with divisional Regional Business Development Executives (RBDEs) and core sales associates
  • Mentoring and supporting divisional Regional Business Development Executives
  • Manages and travels within the United States
Requirements

What You'll bring as an Executive Leader - Value Based Clinical Care:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field,
  • 10+ years' experience creating and/or building strategic sales relationships with healthcare accounts
  • Working knowledge of Value based Care and Population Health
  • Experience in and strong knowledge of lab/diagnostics industry

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's in Business or Healthcare and/or healthcare management preferred
  • Experience in Value-Base Care Contracting or Management
  • Experience within LabCorp
  • Experience working in clinical setting
  • Experience combining clinical knowledge and healthcare operations
  • C-level Suite sales experience
