Job Accountabilities

  • Quickly develop relationships with existing customer and help to understand/provide solutions on day-to-day account service needs
  • Ability to drive performance in key areas related to new sales, account retention, and customer contact rates
  • Accountable for individual sales pipeline development to exceed monthly new sales targets
  • Support the regional sales campaigns
  • Meet deadlines put forth by regional & divisional management
  • Analyze existing accounts at a territory level and develop recommendations to retain existing business while increasing new accession volumes and revenue
  • Pre-call planning and post-call analysis with the appropriate customer follow-up
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and educate customers about LabCorp services
  • Ability to learn physician office level electronic connectivity products, solutions, and customer needs
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, CRM, and internal systems


  • Inside sales experience preferred
  • College degree or 5+ years of work experience
  • Willing to work extended hours on projects to meet deadlines
  • Project management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
This position will be located in Tampa, FL. Shift 1 Schedule Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM
