The Key Account Manager works to achieve sales and product mix goals by gaining distribution and merchandising support for Irresistible Foods Group Brands and Products. If you love sales this is the ideal position for you!

Job Requirements:

  • Develops and Executes Business Plans and Sales Strategies for Regional Natural Accounts and National Distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term, positive relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Leads planning and implementation of trade promotions within approved limits.
  • Develops Value Crafting Relationships at all levels, Category Manager, Director and VP as well as Operations.
  • Analyzes market potential, problems and opportunities for attention and outlines action plans for their attainment.
  • Forecasts sales on existing and new products and promotions on a monthly basis.
  • Analyzes efficiency of Trade and Omni-Channel programs.
  • Coordinates with Customer Service Department and other staff, as appropriate, to communicate important information and maintain a cohesive relationship.
  • Coordinates with Marketing Department on plans and issues.
  • Handles Market Development Funds so as not to exceed allocated funds, while achieving or exceeding sales goals.


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) required with 3 to 5 years of related sales experience.
  • Confirmed understanding and familiarity of Nielsen/IRI Data and be able to mine the data for consumer and customer insights.
  • Ability to travel 50-60%.
