Shipping/Receiving Clerk We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Worker to join our team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping and receiving operations. Pay:$16.00 hr 
Hours: 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify orders for accuracy, including quantity, customer information, product, and documentation, with a second check for confirmation.
• Alert the Manager to inventory needs or any unusual orders.
• Prepare boxes during downtime for future orders.
• Input data into the inventory tracking program.
• Keep the Shipping/Receiving area tidy and safe.
• Track supplies needed for restrooms.
• Assist in production as needed.
• Track outstanding receivables.
• Receive and check in items using the proper paperwork.
• Generate necessary paperwork for Quality Control.
• Alert the Manager of any damaged, incorrect, or partial deliveries.
• Utilize inventory software or card system to manage inventory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to anticipate inventory needs and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking programs and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with managers and train new employees.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
