Location: Rochester, NY (Near Gates – limited bus line access)

Shift & Pay

• Pay: $17.00/hour
• A Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Overtime: Mandatory as needed during peak weeks

What You'll Be Doing

Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate cutting/printing equipment
• Monitor quality, accuracy, and alignment
• Follow production specs and job orders
• Production Associate Tasks:
• Labeling, binning, collating, and packaging
• Basic quality checks (QC)
• Organizing finished goods for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Supporting daily production goals

What You Bring

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation (not on a bus line)
• Dependability and a positive attitude
