Regulatory Affairs Manager – Direct Hire | Remote (U.S.)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to enable timely product commercialization across global markets.
  • Map jurisdiction-specific requirements and create clear regulatory roadmaps aligned with launch timelines.
  • Monitor evolving international regulations impacting product approval, labeling, and trade compliance.
  • Ensure product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials meet applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, and import/export documentation needed for market entry.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of stewardship programs, policies, and best practices supporting gene-edited and biotechnology products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to integrate regulatory needs into business planning.
  • Provide training and guidance on stewardship, traceability, and compliance obligations.
  • Manage post-launch renewals, reporting, and audits to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Advise leadership on regulatory risk, mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of regulatory affairs, compliance, or product stewardship experience in a regulated industry (agriculture, biotech, or related).
  • At least 5 years supporting global product launches and commercialization.
  • Experience with QMS, stewardship, traceability, or identity preservation programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory approval pathways, labeling requirements, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
  • Master's or PhD preferred.
