? Pay Rate: $45–50/hour
? Shift: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: Temporary engagement, 12-month assignment (2 weeks training)
? Work Setup: Fully remote
? What's a typical day as a Recruiter II? You will:

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including sales, technical, and professional roles.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement recruiting strategies.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, Boolean searches, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and long-term candidate networks.
-
Conduct pre-submittal interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.

Act as a consultant to business leaders on recruiting best practices, market trends, and labor insights.
-
Identify challenges in recruiting processes and implement solutions to mitigate short- and long-term issues.

Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, and support documentation of the hiring process.

Participate in interviews, candidate debriefs, and recruitment process improvement initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in sales, technical, or professional roles.

Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Google Suite.

Creative sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently in both tactical and strategic capacities.

Strong work ethic, results orientation, and high sense of urgency.

Optional: Experience recruiting for video sales, access control, or technical industries.

U.S. Citizenship required.
