Overview

• As a Change Control Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing changes to products and processes within our organization.
• Your expertise will ensure that all changes are systematically documented, assessed, and implemented in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth transitions during product updates and modifications.
• Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating the potential impact of changes, identifying risks, and ensuring that any alterations enhance the overall quality and performance of our automotive products.
• Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive change control database, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting training sessions to educate team members on new procedures and developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change control process for product and process changes in the automotive sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on quality and performance.
• Maintain and update the change control database to ensure accurate and accessible records.
• Develop and implement change control procedures and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and present change control reports to management for review and approval.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on change management processes and best practices.
• Monitor and audit compliance with change control procedures to ensure ongoing adherence and improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 – 5 years related experience
